You’ll build a settlement from scratch, starting with simple wooden huts and expanding into massive stone castles, using 3D terrain tools to create underground caverns, sprawling forts, or whatever stronghold you can imagine. 

But it’s not just about construction. You will need to protect your settlers from dangerous animals, marauding bandits and the harsh weather. So craft weapons, set traps and build defenses to hold off relentless raids. And survival is not just about fighting. You’ll have to manage food, warmth, and supplies to keep your villagers alive through harsh winters and famines. 

Your settlers aren’t just faceless NPCs, either. They’ve got their own backstories, relationships, and moods, which you’ll need to monitor if you want to keep morale high. However you can grow your settlement by helping survivors or taking in travelers who share your vision.
