In Evil Awaits, you play as a detective who responds to a distress call after an explosion at the eerie, remote Archdale Castle. But once you get there, you’re trapped, and it’s up to you to uncover the truth. This indie action survival horror throws you into creepy, atmospheric environments where you’ll be solving puzzles, collecting notes, and using key items to make your way through.
You’ll face off against mutated enemies with different abilities, using firearms, melee attacks, and defensive moves to survive. As you explore the haunted docks, crypts, and other eerie locations, you’ll also upgrade your gear and learn new movement techniques to suit your playstyle.
