Smack Studio is an insanely cool sandbox fighting game which packed with powerful creation tools that let you make your own characters and animations. You can turn 2D sprites into 3D animations using this cutting-edge animation tech, making your characters go from a concept in your head to a playable creation super fast thanks to some awesome automation tools.

Once your character is ready, you can jump into battle with up to 8 players, or even export your animations to use in your own projects. Create epic ultra attacks for your characters, and while the default roster’s ultras are balanced for competitive play, you can go wild with your own creations.

You can play with any DirectInput or XInput controller, including GameCube controllers with the right adapters. However the game lets you create pixel art animations with 3D depth and rotation by mapping 2D images to a 3D skeleton.

Using templates or community-made characters, you can take a character from a concept to a fully playable fighter in under 30 minutes. You can also animate frame-by-frame to add your own polish and customizations, create custom projectiles and special effects, and even add functionality through actions added directly to your animations—it’s like simple coding but super effective.

With Steam Workshop support, you can share your creations with the world so dive into an endless supply of community creations. As well as it’s teamwork and creativity at their finest!
