Both of their lives fill with struggles, but while Sedarias, now the Undead Knight of the Black Sun, will question his loyalty to the Empire, Javek, the Tarkian sorcerer, will embark on a journey into the past, pushing players to their limits.
For those who know the Tarkian, Javek, he’s an idealistic and talented sorcerer who can read minds and sense feelings. Sedarias, the dark knight, has returned from the Underworld but faces his greatest challenge in his new undead state. Known for his decisiveness and combat skills, how he deals with his new reality will impact the Riven Realms significantly.
You can’t have Sedarias and Javek on your team at the same time since they’re bitter enemies, but you can complete both of their storylines in one playthrough.
Players can also hire mercenary specialists from Collegium Mercennaris, like an ex-gladiator, a Necromancer-for-hire, a Kal-rish ranger, and a veteran slinger. These hirelings are super helpful in the early and mid-game, but their unique skills can change late-game strategies too.
